Between 75% and 80% of the adult population have some sort of foot problem regardless of all the benefits promised by shoes with cushioned heels and arch support. Our philosophy is simple. I am a big fan of VivoBarefoot shoes. And I only have one pair: an Ultra (first version). Ok, they are a little bit expensive, but maybe it is their higher price (and quality) that allows them to survive.
And they do a good job of educating people about the problems with structured shoes. Go to this link to read several posts abouth this subject.
